My name is Scott Root, and I started MC Plumbing LLC over 15 years ago right here in Las Vegas. Not as a franchise. Not as a call center with a local number. As a licensed plumber who wanted to do things the right way and build something worth being proud of.


This is still my company. I'm still involved in every part of how it runs — the hiring, the training, the standards we hold our technicians to. When you call MC Plumbing, you're not getting a dispatch center routing you to whoever's available. You're getting a team that answers to me, and I answer to you.
